For now volunteer opportunities include... being a mentor (This would require approximately two
meetings a month and frequent conversation. As well as just being their for your youth, you would be
asked to assist them with planning for school and their futures and to help them deal with the
stresses of life. These tasks are asked of each mentor to insure that our youth feel they have an adult
they can count on and trust and that their menor will help them stay on track toward a brighter
tomorrow.), teaching a life skills training session (Anyone who has skills and is willing to donate one
day to teach their skills to our youth could do this. Things we are looking for include money
management, car maintenance, and anything else a young adult could benefit from learning about),
and anyone who would like to help plan awareness/ fundraiser events.
